| Prerequisite(s): Caster level 9+, Craft Wonderous Item |
| Benefit: You can craft magic items that use bound elementals for special effects. Creating any of this type of item is the same as creating a wonderous item, summoning and binding the elemental is part of the process. All bound elemental items require the casting of planar binding, the item in question and a Khyber dragonshard. If you are an artificer, this feat allows you to cast planar binding with a successful use magic check. |
