Shield of Thought |
| Prerequisite(s): Kalashtar, Soul Knife level 1+ |
| Benefit: As a move action, you can create a semisolid shield composed of pschic energy. Functionally, the effect is identical to a light shield and has a hardness of 10 and 10hps. Like a mind lade, it dissipates the instant that it leaves your hand. You can wield the mind blade and shield of thought at the same time but each must be manifested seperately. If you have the mind blade enhancement feature, you can choose to apply any amount of the bonus to your shield rather than the blade. Each point you apply increases the AC by one and reduces the armor check penalty by one (it cannot go below zero). You are alway proficient with your shield of thought, even if you do not have shield proficiency. |
