| Prerequisite(s): Cha 13+, Base Attack Bonus 9+ Kiai Shout |
| Benefit: When you make a Kiai shout, your opponents are panicked for 2d6 rounds unles they succeed on a Will save vs DC = 10 + 1/2 char level + Cha modifier. The Kiai shout only affects creatures with equal or fewer hit dice than yourself. |
