| Prerequisite(s): Illithid Heritage, Illithid Grapple |
| Benefit: You have fully embraced your Illithid heritage and have developed a taste for the brains of other living creatures. You can extract the brain of a helpless or stunned victim once you have established a hold on its head with all 4 of your tentacles. You must begin your turn with all four tentacles attached. As a full round action that invokes an attack of oppotrtunity, you must then make a grapple check. If yor grapple check is successful, your victim takes 2d4 points of Int damage and you receive the same amount in temporary power points. Any creature that reached 0 intelligence dies. The temporary power points last for one hour.This attack is useless against creatures without brains and not instantly fatal to creatures with multiple heads. |
