| Prerequisite(s): Base Attack Bonus 4+, Shieldmate |
| Benefit: When you are using a shield with which you are proficient, friendly creatures in adjascent squares gain a +2 shield bonus to their AC (+3 if you use a tower shield). If you become unable to use your dex bonus in the battle, they lose the shield bonus. This bonus does not stack if your allies have shields. |
