Roof Jumper

Prerequisite(s): Balance 7+, Jump 7+, Dodge, Mobility, Roofwalker

Benefit: With this feat you can perform the following moves:

Death from Above: You do substantial damage if deliberately jump down to attack a foe beneath you. You must drop at least 20'. You must roll to hit, this qualifies as a charge attack, with all the relevant bonuses and penalties. If you hit, you deal damage as normal, plus 1d6 points for every 10' dropped beyond the first 10'. You still take whatever damage you would normally take from the fall, but you can reduce the falling damage with a successful jump or tumble check. You cannot use anything to slow your fall like feather fall or a monks slow fall ability.

Urban Acrobatics: You can make use of windowsills, awnings, lampposts and similar features of the city when jumping or falling from a building. If you deliberately jump downward within an arm's reach of the wall or similar vertical surface, you can move yourself horizontally along the wall as you fall, moving 5' to the side for every 10' you fall. If you accidentally fall, you move 5' for every 20' you fall. You can move up to your normal movement to the side if the fall is long enough and the wall is wide enough.
